You will be billed once a month for the amount agreed upon

You may cancel at anytime but no refund or partial refund will be given for if you wish to cancel with time remaining on a monthly listing.

For Example:
You pay for your listing on the 1st of the month. You house sells on the 20th of the following month. You may cancel before the start of the third month but you can not get a partial refund for the 10 or so days remaining in the second month.

Once you mark your home as "Sold" we will be notified and we will stop your monthly payments. In the unlikely event you are charged for an extra month after cancellation, notify us and we will refund your money.
